Aung Ko Win is a Myanmar national and a Permanent Resident of Australia. He is also the founder and Director of AMARI Group (Australia) Pty Ltd. Aung has extensive Australian cultural knowledge and high-value Australian business contacts that he developed while running his own business in Brisbane, Australia. In 1999 he chose to settle in Brisbane, Australia to pursue his education in IT and Business and graduated from Southbank TAFE with a Diploma of Information Technology in 2001 and from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Management in 2004. He created AMARI Group (Australia) Pty Ltd as an independent company after many  years of hard work and dedication building strong business networks in Australia.

As Director Aung ensures that AMARI Group (Australia) is the company for those doing business in Myanmar by providing world class transfer of technology and services between Australia and the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. AMARI Group (Australia) provides key information and development support for Myanmar’s natural resource deposits, energy reserves, rail logistics and rural agribusiness sectors. The company’s goal is to offer a comprehensive service to improve Myanmar’s potential in the areas of manufacturing and commodity production to enhance national job creation. Utilizing AMARI’s extensive Australian industry experience combined with knowledge of the Myanmar domestic labor force and locally owned businesses ensures the establishment of best practice for stable growth.

As Director he ensures that AMARI Group (Australia) provides a company commitment to Myanmar Government business interests and to increasing the potential of local businesses to be  globally recognized.
